The Lucas Baby Pediatrician Portal is a clinical monitoring aid. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional clinical judgement. The portal shows patient-reported data (entered by parents) and is not the system of record.

Acceptable use

• You are the clinician you represent yourself as, and you hold a valid license to practice in your jurisdiction.
• You will only access records of patients who have explicitly shared data with you via their doctor code.
• You will not share access credentials or your doctor code publicly.

Availability

The portal is provided as-is during beta. We aim for high availability but make no guarantee.
